$27 Million SEC Whistleblower Reward

The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a $ 27 million  Whistleblower  reward to an individual who disclosed misconduct, some of which occurred overseas. The bounty was the largest SEC award this year and the sixth overall since the beginning of the Whistleblower program. Awards range from 10% to 30 % of collected funds that exceed $1 Million.
